Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and drop the package off at any authorized courier location to be sent to our quality inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
